Abstract

This project aims to design an agricultural technical school for 210 students apply the theme and appropriate land use planning for the village crystals in the municipality of Piedecuesta, Santander regulations. The overall planning of the proposed methodology of the project is identified as progressive where four phases, each with its own specific objective framing project with an order that develops over time following a line one after another without arranged lose the relationship of the whole, starting by implantation, the typological analysis, building configuration and structural proposal Among the key findings are highlighted. The land where the construction of agricultural technical school projects, is located in an area where a large rural population that will be benefited with the construction of the institution concentrates, loa environmental impacts and urban generated by the proposed school will be positive from the environmental point of view and finally urban and architectural development program allows flow management, development of educational work spaces for learning and practice and animal nursery.
