Abstract

This report seeks to compile the experience gained in professional practices in the company SOLUHABITAR SAS, which is a company responsible for the provision of legal advice specifically in real estate, performing their work in the city of Villavicencio; As an intern I performed various activities focused on the accounting, financial and administrative area of the company, especially in legal advice, at the beginning of the internship I received induction for 10 days, in which we followed up the instruments used to attract various clients, including international clients, with clients in countries such as Spain, Chile and Peru; During the time of practice, which was 5 months, it was possible to identify the sales capacity that can be achieved in terms of real estate and as the international market is interested in investing for their heritage, it was sought to implement advertising media with greater reach and thereby ally with more companies specifically a fiduciary to generate greater security at the time of sale for both the customer and the company.
