En el presente documento se verá un análisis de la práctica realizada en el periodo 2018-2 en el Instituto de Deportes y Recreación de Medellín - INDER, donde se trabajó en la Oficina Asesora de Planeación, específicamente apoyando tres áreas de la misma: (i) Articulación, (ii) Sistema Integrado de Gestión y (iii) Eventos de Ciudad. A raíz de esto, fue posible desempeñar diversas actividades que contribuyeran al logro de objetivos de cada área o proceso, como lo son: el diseño de una estrategia de articulación entre las dependencias del INDER Medellín con el fin obtener desde la Oficina Asesora de Planeación una visión general de los procesos que se llevan a cabo entre el Instituto y los demás actores del sector; el desarrollo e implementación de tres (3) mecanismos de gestión de la información para dar cumplimiento a la Ley de Transparencia (1712 del 2014) que en simultánea nutre el Plan Anticorrupción y de Atención al Ciudadano; y finalmente, mejorar los niveles de reconocimiento del Instituto en el exterior a través del acompañamiento a delegaciones extranjeras que visitan la ciudad para conocer prácticas deportivo-recreativas de la ciudad. No obstante, dado que la práctica tiene un periodo de finalización a diciembre 28 del presente año, los resultados aún no se han completado y la elaboración de los productos se encuentran aún en construcción.
Abstract
In this document you will see an analysis of the practice carried out in the period 2018-2 at the Institute of Sports and Recreation of Medellin - INDER, where the Planning Advisory Office worked, specifically supporting three areas of the same: (i ) Articulation, (ii) Integrated Management System and (iii) City Events. As a result of this, it was possible to carry out diverse activities that contribute to the achievement of objectives of each area or process, such as: the design of a strategy of articulation among the dependencies of the INDER Medellin in order to obtain from the Planning Advisory Office a general view of the processes that are carried out between the Institute and the other actors of the sector; the development and implementation of three (3) information management mechanisms to comply with the Transparency Law (1712 of 2014) that simultaneously nurtures the Anticorruption and Citizen Attention Plan; and finally, to improve the levels of recognition of the Institute abroad by accompanying foreign delegations visiting the city to learn about sporting and recreational practices in the city. However, given that the practice has a period of end to December 28 of this year, the results have not yet been completed and the elaboration of the products are still under construction.
