dc.descriptionEl estudio de investigación aborda el cambio significativo que la educación virtual ha experimentado, destacando el creciente papel del aprendizaje electrónico E-learning en la educación superior. Se destaca la necesidad de garantizar la calidad y seguimiento de estos programas, dado que la evaluación se basa en indicadores tradicionales diseñados para la educación presencial. Para abordar esta brecha, se propone un modelo integral de aseguramiento de la calidad en programas E-learning, que se detalla en siete factores principales y 25 subfactores. El documento de investigacion aborda una revisión exhaustiva de la literatura pertinente, proporcionando una base sólida para el desarrollo del modelo. Se describe el diseño metodológico utilizado para su construcción y validación, enfatizando la importancia de datos empíricos y validación estadística. Los resultados obtenidos a partir de la aplicación del modelo se presentan detalladamente, destacando su utilidad y validez. Además, se proporciona una guía para la implementación exitosa del modelo en instituciones educativas, con el objetivo de mejorar la calidad de la educación en línea. El estudio concluye resumiendo sus hallazgos y ofreciendo recomendaciones para futuras investigaciones y mejoras en el modelo, con miras a promover la calidad en la educación en línea.spa
dc.description.abstractThe research study addresses the significant shift that virtual education has undergone, highlighting the growing role of e-learning in higher education. It underscores the need to ensure the quality and monitoring of these programs, as evaluation is based on traditional indicators designed for face-to-face education. To address this gap, a comprehensive model for ensuring quality in e-learning programs is proposed, detailed in seven main factors and 25 subfactors. The research document conducts a thorough review of relevant literature, providing a solid foundation for model development. The methodological design used for its construction and validation is described, emphasizing the importance of empirical data and statistical validation. The results obtained from applying the model are presented in detail, highlighting its utility and validity. Additionally, a guide for the successful implementation of the model in educational institutions is provided, aiming to enhance the quality of online education. The study concludes by summarizing its findings and offering recommendations for future research and improvements to the model, with the goal of promoting quality in online education.spa
