This curriculum must meet fundamental criteria to ensure meaningful learning for students. This study focuses on evaluating the mathematics curriculum for secondary education, which faces challenges such as teacher turnover, a lack of space for pedagogical reflection, and student disengagement. Thus, a thorough review is needed. Mathematics is essential for developing cognitive skills and it is a pivotal part of education. Therefore, having a solid and up-to-date curriculum is crucial. The main objective is to assess how the curriculum meets current demands and the guidelines set by the Ministry of National Education. The research is qualitative and non-probabilistic, following a case study. A sample of students from grades six to nine, mathematics teachers, and a coordinator participated by completing a Google Forms survey. Additionally, a document analysis of the Institutional Educational Project (PEI) and the curriculum was conducted. The achievements and areas for improvement were identified when evaluating the mathematics area plan of the Institution El Recuerdo, fulfilling the research objective. Furthermore, it was concluded that the plan is aligned with the guidelines of the Ministry of National Education; however, significant weaknesses were found during its implementation, such as the lack of teaching resources, continuous teacher training, and a unified methodology among the different teachers. Additionally, limited alignment was observed between the plan's objectives and the expected student competencies, which reduces its effectiveness. Some improvement actions are proposed, including the implementation of a monitoring system, tutoring programs, and teacher training, to enhance mathematical learning, making it more meaningful and responsive to the needs of the current educational context. Various suggestions are proposed to improve the Mathematics Area Plan of the Educational Institution El Recuerdo. These are based on the analysis of the research results. Among the actions are the creation of a personalized tutoring program for students with difficulties, designing a continuous training plan for teachers in active methodologies, establishing a monitoring and evaluation system for the plan, organizing an inventory of educational materials, promoting a collaborative environment among teachers, involving the community in the teaching process, and encouraging ongoing research on the plan's effectiveness. The results of the analysis of management indicators, of the SWOT matrices, and of the focus session, allowed, individually and crosswise, to generate an in-depth analysis of the strengths, weaknesses and opportunities for improvement identified in the self-assessment processes. The results highlight the importance of the verification phase within the PHVA cycle corresponding to 5 of the methodology for the development of self-assessment exercises and chapter 8.8 of the Institutional Model of Self-Assessment and Self-Regulation, together with the need to continue generating community through the integration of actors in the design and implementation of improvement strategies. From the study, it is concluded that meta-evaluation is a key point to guarantee belonging and sustainability of the evaluation processes, contributing to consolidating a culture of self-evaluation and strengthening the internal Quality Assurance System – SAC from the model.Ítem Plan Estratégico para el Sistema de Comunicación entre Directivos y Docentes de la I. The research addresses deficiencies in current mechanisms, characterized by the informal use of platforms such as WhatsApp and the lack of effective feedback, which impacts the implementation of directives and institutional cohesion. Using a qualitative and hermeneutic approach, an in-depth analysis was conducted through interviews, surveys, and institutional document review. The findings reveal communication barriers related to information overload, unequal access to technology, and a lack of formal channels to ensure clear and accessible communication. These limitations affect teachers' perceptions of management decisions and the institution's collaborative environment. The proposed strategies include creating centralized digital platforms, periodic training sessions, and strengthening horizontal and upward communication dynamics. These measures aim to improve management practices, foster active teacher participation, and strengthen a sense of belonging toward institutional objectives. Structured interviews and document analysis were used as an instrument for collecting information. Its main objective is to "design a training plan for educational facilitators of their own spaces, educational facilitators, directors and traditional authorities of the Wamonae people, oriented towards leadership and governance within the framework of the school for training leaders and governors of the YOPIRBÜRÜ KOBE MÜÜTO Community Education Project of the Wamonae people, through pedagogical leadership to respond to comprehensive training with effectiveness and efficiency according to their own knowledge systems." As a result, the design of a training plan of four programs was obtained, established within the framework of a school for training leaders and governors, projected in the diagnostic and formulation documents of the Community Education Project of the Wamonae people. Effective communication plays a central role in aligning all members of the educational community with the objectives, values, and regulations of the institution. This will help to create a collaborative and committed work environment while reducing noise and problems with information channels. In the development of this exploration, three one-week meetings were held for each objective. The activity was divided into three moments: 1. In-depth study of three documents (educational project, Own Indigenous Education System, SEIP and Guide 34 of the Ministry of National Education. It underscores the need to ensure the quality and monitoring of these programs, as evaluation is based on traditional indicators designed for face-to-face education. To address this gap, a comprehensive model for ensuring quality in e-learning programs is proposed, detailed in seven main factors and 25 subfactors. The research document conducts a thorough review of relevant literature, providing a solid foundation for model development. The methodological design used for its construction and validation is described, emphasizing the importance of empirical data and statistical validation. The results obtained from applying the model are presented in detail, highlighting its utility and validity. Additionally, a guide for the successful implementation of the model in educational institutions is provided, aiming to enhance the quality of online education. The qualitative approach was adopted to understand the research problem, determine the categories that have allowed proposing the necessary interventions in the Pastoral Plan in force from the tracking of the documented information and the preparation of the SWOT Matrix. The analysis of results has made it possible to identify that the loss of institutional identity is strongly associated with the marginalization of the fundamental categories that characterize the Manyanetian identity and that are a constituent part of the Pastoral Plan. It consisted of improving the results of the internal tests of these students in mathematics, starting from the particularity that they come from and reside in a rural area, but study in an urban area, this particular situation generates some barriers to learning. This allowed to approach a study that allowed the management of didactic strategies based on a methodology that was inserted in the pedagogical action research, to minimize the barriers found and lead to improve the results of the internal evaluation, the management undertaken led to propose and implement the strategy Problem Based Learning, in this case with situations that involved the economic activities of the families, which favored the result in the internal activities and aroused the interest of students in the study of the area of mathematics. It was possible to conclude that in the rural context there are potentialities present that can be used to develop students' learning in mathematics, so that a transversal methodology between areas and projects could be considered. It was demonstrated that Problem Based Learning is a teaching strategy that favors above all family integration from a contextual point of view that contributes to the improvement of students' academic performance, promoting self-learning and motivation to continue learning. Additionally, it develops a proposal focused on didactics management with the aim of evidencing and guaranteeing the presence of the pedagogical model in each subject. The teacher community participated in different written surveys asking them about the knowledge and level of mastery regarding the school pedagogical model; moreover, several institutional documentation was analyzed to identify the standards and requirements used for the implementation of the model. Data analysis was guided under the see, judge, act technique. For the teacher selection process that is in force in the ECSAN, updates and improvements are required from the continuity of the old teachers, preserving the experience, skills and competencies to stabilize the development of academic activities, in the same way , once the needs to recruit new qualified teachers have been identified, the calls would be made through dissemination in all social networks and media, expanding the range of the population invited to participate in the process, to finalize the selection, the verification would be carried out of the requirements demanded in the documentation of the applicants, apply an interview and must simulate a mini class, according to the above, it would be verified whether or not the teacher has the skills required to hold the position. We live in a world that is updated every day and the educational processes have begun to transform their ways of thinking and acting inside and outside the classroom, throughout history have emerged various forms of education and since 1980 a new way of life called Homeschool arises and that as a result of the pandemic of COVID 19 that has impacted the world so much, homeschooling has gained strength, forcing educational entities to transform themselves quickly and look for solutions to meet the diverse learning styles of students, achieve coverage to each of the areas of the country, increase schooling processes at the national level and normalize other types of education that have been taboo throughout the years, such as homeschooling. One of the challenges of homeschooling is to structure learning environments for each of the students and educational levels, contributing to the integral development of students and making use of meaningful and functional tools for students, starting from a structured planning by educational levels. This research is focused on creating, according to the specific needs of Monterrosales Homeschool Mexico, a proposal of quality management systems for the creation of virtual learning environments for the preschool level, recognizing the pedagogical and didactic components and elements suitable for virtual and home-based education. From a documentary review of the issues of the agricultural and livestock sector in the region and the issues of Ecotourism and leisure seen from a local, national and international perspective, with the support of tools such as non-participant observation and interviews.
