Para el trabajo TPI se tomó como paciente una plataforma de parqueaderos de dos niveles (semisótano y primer nivel) que esta independiente del edificio multifamiliar Calle 80 en la ciudad de Bogotá, como investigación inicial, se realizó una evaluación e inspección en las que se identificaron diferentes afectaciones patológicas de la estructura de la plataforma de parqueaderos. Con la evaluación visual de daños patológicos y la revisión de estudios técnicos con los que contaba la estructura desde el momento de su construcción, fue posible realizar exploraciones y análisis de ensayos para verificar los detalles del sistema de construcción, en lo cual se pudo diagnosticar que el paciente evaluado tuvo un diseño estructural óptimo pero su construcción fue desarrollada totalmente diferente. Para una inspección más detallada se realizó un control topográfico en los extremos con el paramento del vecino colindante (lote / obra nueva) y así ratificar los movimientos y fallos de la estructura. La propuesta de intervención planteada para la plataforma de parqueaderos en el TPI es el reforzamiento con ESTRUCTURA METALICA – PERFIL IP300 para fortalecer columnas y vigas que permitan alivianar el peso que genera la placa sobre el muro perimetral en mampostería, aunque esta alternativa debe estar sujeta al informe técnico que el Ingeniero calculista y geotecnista en su momento determinen en cuanto a magnitud y cuantía del reforzamiento estructural de la plataforma de parqueadero evaluada.
Abstract
For the work TPI took as a patient a platform of two-level parking areas (semi-basement and first level) that is independent of the multifamily building “Calle 80” in the city of Bogotá, as an initial investigation, an evaluation and inspection was carried out in the different pathological impacts of the structure of the parking platform were identified. With the visual assessment of pathological damage and the review of technical studies that the structure had from the moment of its construction, it was possible to perform explorations and analysis of tests to verify the details of the construction system, as far as it was possible to diagnose that the evaluated patient had an optimal structural design but its construction was developed completely different. For a more detailed inspection a topographical control was carried out at the ends with the parament of the neighbor (lot / new work) and thus ratify the movements and failures of the structure. The intervention proposal for the parking platform in the TPI is the reinforcement with METALICA STRUCTURE – PERFIL IP300 to strengthen columns and beams that allow to relieve the weight generated by the plate on the perimeter wall in masonry, although this alternative should be subject to the technical report that the Calculating Engineer and geotechnical Engineer at the time determine in terms of the magnitude and amount of the structural strengthening of the parking platform evaluated.
