Propuesta del ciclo aplicativo de coaching organizacional

Abstract

The purpose of this work is to develop a general proposal of an organizational coaching cycle that provides guidance and solution to those organizations that wish to apply coaching within their processes, these being the same ones that identify that their main engine of development and sustainability are their collaborators, and based on this, they look for effective tools that support the productive management of their labor force. In this way, it seeks to provide organizations with a greater context, knowledge and guidance on what coaching is, what are its origins, its main theorists, disciplines and skills alternating to coaching, the distinction between coaching that provides effective results and long term versus the one that is not, and finally a general guide for the application of organizational coaching, all the above, so that the organization has good bases for the moment in which you want to implement a coaching process with your collaborators. Taking into account that the implementation and application of organizational coaching, supports the development of skills and competencies in the collaborators and process leaders, which result in the increase of productivity, greater synergy in the processes, and a higher competitive level of the organization.
