Resumen
Las prácticas profesionales es la oportunidad que tiene el estudiante de probar el conocimiento adquirido durante la carrera universitaria, además, es el espacio adecuado para desarrollar habilidades específicas que fortalezcan su desempeño y competitividad referente a las demás opciones; extiende las posibilidades y abre puertas a nuevas oportunidades.
Los estudiantes en busca de conocimiento dejan el salón de clase y se aventuran al campo laboral lo cual genera un crecimiento profesional por medio de la experiencia que en el transcurso a ella beneficia a las empresas con las tareas desarrolladas por el practicante, además, la universidad Santo Tomas le brinda al estudiante con su comité de opciones de grado y con su bolsa de empleo la oportunidad de encontrar la empresa adecuada en donde pueda realmente satisfacer su necesidad de aprendizaje, por ese motivo el día 11 de febrero del año 2019 el estudiante Jose Mckalister Villamil Duque inicia sus prácticas en TGL Colombia.
Abstract
Internship is the opportunity that the students have to demonstrate their knowledge acquired from the university moreover it is the suitable please to improve their specific abilities and fortify its performance concering to the others options, increase the possibilities and open doors to new opportunities.
The students who are looking for knowledge leave the classroom and venture to work field to generate a professional grow through the experience, in that process the companies get a benefit from the students who are doing the internship by theirs work, moreover the Santo Tomas university with its Committee of the Graduate option and its employment exchange gives the possibility to find the appropriate company to the students where they can to satisfy its necessities of learnd. For that reason on February 11, 2019 the student Jose Mckalister Villamil Duque starts his internship in TGL Colombia.
