El presente proyecto se dirige al direccionamiento y estructuración del sistema de gestión de calidad bajo los requisitos de la NTC ISO 9001:2015 en cada uno de los procesos que se llevan a cabo en la empresa INVERSIONES INNOMA SAS, en su sede principal ubicada en el municipio de Soacha - Cundinamarca.
INVERSIONES INNOMA S.A.S es una organización dedicada al cargue y descargue de vehículos y tránsito a patios en el municipio de Soacha. Tienen a cargo la prestación del servicio de grúas que son de su propiedad y la administración de patios que son propiedad del SERT (Servicios especializados de registro y tránsito en Soacha) con quienes se encuentran en consorcio para el cumplimiento del contrato con la secretaria de movilidad de Soacha.
Luego de realizar el diagnostico a la empresa INVERSIONES INNOMA SAS, se observó que para los diferentes criterios evaluados no se cuenta con mapa de procesos, alcance, política y objetivos de calidad. Sin embargo, se identifican los roles, responsabilidades y se tiene claridad en la prestación del servicio, pero se debe trabajar en la articulación del SGC, documentar y realizar seguimiento.
Abstract
This project is aimed at directing and structuring the quality management system under the requirements of the NTC ISO 9001: 2015 in each of the processes carried out in the company INVERSIONES INNOMA SAS, at its headquarters located in the municipality of Soacha - Cundinamarca.
INVERSIONES INNOMA S.A.S is an organization dedicated to the loading and unloading of vehicles and transit to patios in the municipality of Soacha. They are in charge of providing the service of cranes that are their property and the administration of yards that are owned by the SERT (Specialized Registration and Transit Services in Soacha) with whom they are in consortium for the fulfillment of the contract with the mobility secretary of Soacha.
After making the diagnosis to the company INVERSIONES INNOMA SAS, it was observed that for the different criteria evaluated there is no process map, scope, policy and quality objectives. However, roles and responsibilities are identified and there is clarity in the provision of the service, but work must be done on the articulation of the QMS, documenting and monitoring.
