Vacíos legislativos y contraste de percepción en los barristas de Santa Fe y Millonarios

Abstract

On january the 5th, 2009, the law 1270 was created in Colombia, by whom the National Commission for Safety, Comfort and Coexistence in Soccer was born, other provisions were issued, so that the entities in the charge of would design an organization model for the barras bravas (soccer fans or supporters in whom the democratic principle is respected, in accordance with articles 38 and 103 of the Political Constitution. Among the problems that arise in Bogotá D.C., the members of the Millonarios and Santa Fe gangs have generated violence, harming the security and good living of the citizens residing in the localities, due to the lack of efficiency in the implementation of the regulations of the Law by the entities in charge. The problem amounts to the creation of stigmas without taking into account what belonging to the bar represents for each of the members, since the law is designed to punish but not to carry out a pedagogy that seeks to reduce violence and stand out the social work that transversal to the problem they carry out in each of their localities.
