Mejoramiento urbano sector sur Tunja - Boyacá

Abstract

This project begins as soon as the topics for the development of the undergraduate project are chosen, which we chose based on a degree thesis from the previous semester (Automotive Center), which passed the services from the south of the city, to the neighborhood Patriots to achieve the automotive citadel of Tunja there. Leaving in the land sector a great urban void, in which a facility is proposed that collects the services that are presented there, such as the sale of parts and luxuries for vehicles. This degree project also presents the proposal of the change of image that is thought for a city of Tunja, being this capital of the department of Boyacá and presenting a boom of economic and sociocultural development, with the idea of ​​changing the access image of the city, through an environmental axis that connects the south, more precisely from the market place to the current transport terminal, aiming to achieve in the future that the proposal is carried to the north of the city.
