Con el presente trabajo se realizará el plan prospectivo del Centro de Bienestar Samsara, tomando como base todas las variables de importancia dentro de la empresa. Se realizarán diferentes análisis que nos permitan concluir cuáles serán los escenarios en un futuro y a cuales variables se les debe dar la importancia necesaria para tener ventajas competitivas en el mercado y alcanzar la visión planeada.
Abstract
With this work the prospective plan of the Samsara Wellness Center will be carried out, based on all the important variables within the company. Different analyzes will be carried out that allow us to conclude what the scenarios will be in the future and to which variables they should be given the necessary importance to have competitive advantages in the market and achieve the planned vision
