Abstract

In the town of Chapinero there are groups of children and young people with sporting values ​​who have not had the opportunity to study or have deserted it, who in their free time do not have adequate space to act, and there is also a high risk of vulnerability. in strata 1 and 2 in the child and youth population, with tendencies of drug addiction, alcoholism and prostitution. The existing need in our population for the practice of sports, the recognition of sport and the use of free time, established by the political constitution of Colombia, in article 52, the provisions of law 181 on sport, the prevention of drug addiction, sedentary lifestyle, theft etc., are the main justifications for the creation of a grassroots program in the sport of futsal that leads children and young people to improve their quality of life, taking as a basic point to achieve these objectives sports training mainly in a town as vulnerable as Chapinero.
