This article seeks to reflect on Transitional Justice as a way of making visible the violence against women in the context of the armed conflict in Colombia. In such a way, an assertive dialogue is made with the treatment given to women in the Final Agreement for the termination of the conflict and the construction of a stable and lasting peace, signed between the Colombian State and the guerrilla of the FACR-EP, in 2016. Agreement that finds its socio-legal support in transitional justice and that is configured in the Integral System of Truth, Justice, Reparation and Non-Repetition (SIVJRNR). In this order of ideas, it is evident that women, as victims of the armed conflict, are an axial agent in public policies that have pursued, as an essential value of a democratic and inclusive society, the full recognition of victims, in order to provide them with truth, justice, reparation and the guarantee of non-repetition.
