Transitional Justice: Bringing to Light Violence against Women in the Armed Conflict

dc.descriptionEn este artículo se busca reflexionar en relación con la Justicia Transicional como una forma de visibilizar las violencias contra las mujeres en el marco del conflicto armado en Colombia. De tal suerte, que se hace un diálogo asertivo con el tratamiento que se le da a la mujer en el Acuerdo final para la terminación del conflicto y la construcción de una paz estable y duradera, firmado entre el Estado colombiano y la guerrilla de las FARC-EP, en el año 2016. Acuerdo que encuentra su sustento sociojurídico en la justicia transicional y que se configura en el Sistema Integral de Verdad, Justicia, Reparación y No Repetición (SIVJRNR). En este orden de ideas, se hace evidente que la mujer, como sujeto víctima del conflicto armado, es un agente axial en las políticas públicas que han perseguido, como valor esencial de una sociedad democrática e incluyente, el reconocimiento pleno de las víctimas, para que se le dé verdad, justicia, reparación y la garantía de no repetición.es-ES
dc.descriptionThis article seeks to reflect on Transitional Justice as a way of making visible the violence against women in the context of the armed conflict in Colombia. In such a way, an assertive dialogue is made with the treatment given to women in the Final Agreement for the termination of the conflict and the construction of a stable and lasting peace, signed between the Colombian State and the guerrilla of the FACR-EP, in 2016. Agreement that finds its socio-legal support in transitional justice and that is configured in the Integral System of Truth, Justice, Reparation and Non-Repetition (SIVJRNR). In this order of ideas, it is evident that women, as victims of the armed conflict, are an axial agent in public policies that have pursued, as an essential value of a democratic and inclusive society, the full recognition of victims, in order to provide them with truth, justice, reparation and the guarantee of non-repetition.en-US
