Modulo de vivienda emergente en Colombia

Abstract

As a first measure, the way in which we, as architects, can contribute with our knowledge, to the solution of problems that arise in the country, with innovative, economic and sustainable architectural ideas, for the benefit of all, was analyzed. Carrying out the investigations and enabling inquiries and compilation of all the necessary information to identify what affects the Colombian population the most, it was found that the lack and affectation of housing is what is most demanded, therefore the proposal. The project aims to reflect the social and environmental commitment that we have as professionals of Architecture with the territory, showing a proposal in accordance with the needs and economic and environmental criteria, which make it innovative, economical and sustainable. This proposal in the social aspect seeks, to implant in the territories that are affected by natural disasters and social conflicts, an emerging housing module, which from its architectural composition is related to the roots and history of the place, so that the population becomes identify and feel part of the project
