Resumen
El proyecto de vivienda comercial N.A.P. 10 se plantea a partir, de analizar las oportunidades y dinámicas que ofrece, tanto Medellín, como el lugar de intervención, el cual colinda con la avenida 80, articulándose al sistema urbano general, de movilidad y ambiental, este, pretende ofrecer una tipología de vivienda integral en altura de alta mixtura, donde convergen múltiples servicios y espacios adecuados para la estancia, permanencia y apropiación, tanto para los residentes, como para la población flotante, sin afectar los modos de vida de los habitantes, buscando así, generar una mejor calidad de vida urbana para la unidad de vivienda y la agrupación.
Abstract
The commercial housing project N.A.P. 10 is based on the analysis of the opportunities and dynamics offered by Medellin and the intervention site, which is adjacent to 80th Avenue, articulating the general urban, mobility and environmental system. It aims to offer an integral housing typology of high mixed height, where multiple services and adequate spaces converge for the stay, permanence and appropriation, both for the residents and for the floating population, without affecting the lifestyles of the inhabitants, thus seeking to generate a better quality of urban life for the housing unit and the group.
