Resumen
El tema que se está desarrollando es de vital importancia y merece un tratamiento serio y responsable no solo por nuestra parte como estudiantes e investigadores, sino también por el resto de estudiantes, docentes, ciudadanos en general, toda una nación, el continente y en general todo el mundo.
La problemática de la violencia, la injusticia y la guerra cada vez es mayor junto a la necesidad de migración, refugio y solicitantes de asilo por parte de muchos, alrededor del mundo. Sin embargo, Son más las personas buenas, con ese espíritu de justicia y moral hacia los demás. Colombia quiere y puede ayudar a estas personas y ya está realizando todo lo correspondiente para llevarlo a cabo.
Para nadie es un secreto que como colombianos se han vivido años de violencia y desunión social a causa de diferentes motivos ya sea por culpa de gobernantes, de la misma intolerancia de las personas o los grupos armados al margen de la ley que ha cobrado cantidad de vidas y que ha hecho sufrir a muchos. Por este motivo, debemos ponernos en el lugar de las demás personas, de todos esos que muy probablemente están pasando por las mismas circunstancias o hasta peores de las que hemos vivido acá en nuestro país.
Es momento de pensar como seres humanos, como personas, como entes que más allá de razonar también sentimos y podemos preocuparnos por el otro e intentar buscar las soluciones adecuadas que pongan fin a las desigualdades, los tratos crueles y el egoísmo social.
En el presente trabajo se resume toda la normativa relevante con respecto a los derechos humanos relacionándolos con los refugiados, migrantes y solicitantes de asilo, así como también información y reglamentación de convenciones, conferencias, instituciones y programas que protegen a este tipo de personas y luchan día a día por lograr un equilibrio.
Se incluye también la forma en que Colombia se ha integrado y solidarizado con migrantes o personas provenientes por ejemplo de Venezuela que es nuestro país vecino con un movimiento considerable de personas y por tal motivo tema central y de gran importancia en nuestro presente trabajo de investigación, dando a conocer casos relevantes que han causado polémica en el país.
Se quiere también que estas personas se sientan seguras, en paz y tranquilas cuando lleguen a un destino diferente a lo que se conocía como su hogar o vivienda ya que independientemente del país o la ubicación, todos merecen un trato humano y justo. El miedo no puede seguir gobernando en los corazones de miles y miles de seres humanos.
Abstract
The issue that is being developed is of vital importance and deserves a serious and responsible treatment not only on our part as students and researchers, but also by the rest of students, teachers, citizens in general, a whole nation, the continent and in general all the world.
The problems of violence, injustice and war are increasing, along with the need for migration, refuge and asylum seekers from many around the world. However, there are more good people, with that spirit of justice and morals towards others. Colombia wants and can help these people and is already doing everything to carry it out.
It is no secret to anyone that as Colombians there have been years of violence and social disunity because of different reasons, either because of the government's fault, because of the intolerance of the people or the armed groups outside the law that has claimed lives and that has made many suffer. For this reason, we must put ourselves in the place of other people, of all those who are very likely going through the same circumstances or even worse than we have lived here in our country.
It is time to think as human beings, as people, as entities that beyond reasoning we also feel and can care about the other and try to find the appropriate solutions that put an end to inequalities, cruel treatment and social selfishness.
In this work we summarize all the relevant regulations regarding human rights relating to refugees, migrants and asylum seekers, as well as information and regulation of conventions, conferences, institutions and programs that protect this type of people and fight against day by day to achieve a balance.
It also includes the way in which Colombia has been integrated and in solidarity with migrants or people coming from, for example, Venezuela, which is our neighbor country with a considerable movement of people and for this reason, a central issue of great importance in our present research work. disclosing relevant cases that have caused controversy in the country.
We also want these people to feel safe, at peace and quiet when they reach a different destination than what was known as their home or home, because regardless of the country or location, all deserve a humane and fair treatment. Fear can not continue to rule in the hearts of thousands and thousands of human beings.
