Abstract

What resulted in a better process for the company satisfying existing customers, giving them affordable prices, meeting the specifications, product standards, with the required delivery time and also generating new customers thanks to the search for projects that were executing or by directly contacting the personnel of the company of interest; And to keep an order with the statement of account of all the suppliers and customers that are related to the company.
