Derechos humanos emergentes y justicia constitucional

La presente obra, titulada Derechos humanos emergentes y justicia constitucional, es el resultado del trabajo de diferentes grupos de autores articulados a través del Centro de Investigaciones Francisco de Vitoria, de la Facultad de Derecho de la Universidad Santo Tomás. Estos investigadores han logrado reunir sus esfuerzos para contribuir al debate y el desarrollo de lo que hoy se conoce como la Declaración Universal de Derechos Humanos Emergentes (DUDHE), verificando así los factores de cohesión y cooperación conforme con la política de Colciencias.

Abstract

This work, entitled Emerging Human Rights and Constitutional Justice, is the result of the work of different groups of authors articulated through the Francisco de Vitoria Research Centre of the Faculty of Law of the Universidad Santo Tomás. These researchers have managed to bring together their efforts to contribute to the debate and development of what is now known as the Universal Declaration of Emerging Human Rights (UDEHR), thus verifying the factors of cohesion and cooperation in accordance with Colciencias' policy.
