Resumen
Se toman como estudio cuatro principios arquitectónicos de Antony Gaudí como referente teórico para poder abordar la problemática del objeto arquitectónico. Luego se plantean tres puntos de partida como enfoque de análisis para el desarrollo del proyecto arquitectónico, estos son: análisis del objeto; donde se toman tres casos de estudio de hoteles boutique en entornos similares al de Zapatoca Santander para desarrollar un análisis formal, funcional y técnico-constructivo. Análisis del sujeto donde se estudian registros en la oficina de turismo en Zapatoca “TuriZap”, para evidenciar el tipo de turista, la cantidad por temporadas y la finalidad del turismo. Por último, análisis del contexto para realizar un análisis social, cultural y arquitectónico del municipio de Zapatoca, donde se estudian costumbres, características específicas de los habitantes, hitos representativos del lugar, tipo de arquitectura y sus características más representativas.
Abstract
Four architectural principles of Antony Gaudi are taken as a study as a theoretical reference in order to address the problem of the architectural object. Then three starting points are proposed as an analysis approach for the development of the architectural project, these are: analysis of the object; where three case studies of boutique hotels in environments similar to Zapatoca Santander are taken to develop a formal, functional and technical-constructive analysis. Analysis of the subject where records are studied in the tourism office in Zapatoca “TuriZap”, to demonstrate the type of tourist, the quantity per season and the purpose of tourism. Finally, analysis of the context to carry out a social, cultural and architectural analysis of the municipality of Zapatoca, where customs, specific characteristics of the inhabitants, representative landmarks of the place, type of architecture and its most representative characteristics are studied.
