dc.descriptionLos retrasos en los proyectos de construcción y los sobrecostos son una preocupación constante para los desarrolladores de proyectos, ya que pueden incluso afectar la viabilidad del proyecto. Por lo tanto, las causas de este tipo de desviación aún no han sido analizadas en detalle, especialmente en Colombia, y es necesario estudiarlas. En este estudio, primero realizamos una revisión de la literatura para identificar las fuentes de las diferencias de tiempo y costos en todo el mundo. Luego se realizó una encuesta entre profesionales involucrados en el desarrollo de proyectos de construcción en Colombia para identificar los principales factores que generan diferencias en tiempos y costos en los conceptos. Finalmente, se realizó un análisis de significancia basado en factores de impacto, utilizando herramientas estadísticas y matemáticas para determinar la correlación entre los factores de impacto y aspectos como el alcance, el tipo de proyecto y el tamaño de la empresa. El estudio mostró que la mala planificación y la falta de integración entre los profesionales se encuentran entre los factores que más afectan la volatilidad de costos y tiempos en el país.spa
dc.description.abstractConstruction project delays and cost overruns are a constant concern for project developers as they can even affect the viability of the project. Therefore, the causes of this type of deviation have not yet been analyzed in detail, especially in Colombia, and it is necessary to study them. In this study, we first conducted a literature review to identify the sources of time and cost differences around the world. Then a survey was carried out among professionals involved in the development of construction projects in Colombia to identify the main factors that generate differences in times and costs in the concepts. Finally, a significance analysis based on impact factors was carried out, using statistical and mathematical tools to determine the correlation between the impact factors and aspects such as scope, type of project and company size. The study showed that poor planning and lack of integration among professionals are among the factors that most affect the volatility of costs and times in the country. ​spa
