Informe final practica profesional bancolombia s.a. adaptación a el desarrollo de una metodología incorporada para el mejoramiento de la comunicación organizacional entre Bancolombia y Banistmo

Abstract

The use of internal protocols within the different companies have promoted self-management as a sustainable alternative when interacting with alternative processes in the development of their work, that is why Bancolombia has opted for that from the legal vice presidency a diversity of challenges is posed which are going to allow that with its result the different areas that have relation with them can be auto-manageable since the methodology used for its development starts from the innovation of the legality of each document, protocol or contract making its use for the different profiles that make part of the Bank. Annually these challenges are raised depending on the priority and impact they have within the Bank, Therefore, from the Institutional and Corporate Governance issues, a challenge was posed aimed at the management of the intellectual property protocol with suppliers which seeks to improve the experience between supplier and client when they make use of this protocol within Bancolombia. The development of this challenge is supported by a methodology called LEGAL DESIGN that seeks to generate an innovation in the legal field. This methodology and the proposed challenge is worked together Banistmo, but the final result of the challenge is exclusively for Colombia. Therefore, my Plan is improving in the comparison of the different experiences of the 2 scenarios and so be able to recommend strategies and improve organizational communication generating an adaptation in the tangible result that is generated through the challenge developed in set.
