Resumen
Para determinar la estructura y dinámica de la comunidad perifitica del humedal Santa María del Lago, se visitó el humedal con el fin de conocer su entorno y realizar muestreos. Estos se desarrollaron a dos profundidades (A: 20cm y B:40cm), dichos muestreos arrojaron datos en el multiparametro como temperatura, pH, oxígeno disuelto, solidos disueltos totales, entre otros y se analizaron en el laboratorio de la Universidad Santo Tomas para la identificación de los diversos morfotipos que habitan en el humedal. Luego, se estudiaron los datos obtenidos por los muestreos por medio de graficas de barras, tortas, tablas y mediante el modelo AHP (Proceso de jerarquía analítica). La investigación y los análisis adquiridos, a través de la elaboración de este proyecto, permitieron alcanzar diferentes resultados. Las dos profundidades que se utilizaron para los muestreos no afectan la abundancia, la presencia y ausencia de los morfotipos; la Microcystis fue el morfotipo que se encontró con más frecuencia en las tres estaciones, seguido de Policystis y el humedal se encuentra en un estado Eutrófico, ya que contiene un bajo contenido de nutrientes y tiene diversidad de plantas y animales.
Abstract
To determine the structure and dynamics of the peripheral community of the Santa María del Lago wetland, the wetland was visited in order to know its surroundings and conduct sampling. These were developed at two depths (A: 20cm and B: 40cm), these samplings yielded data in the multiparameter as temperature, pH, dissolved oxygen, total dissolved solids, among others and were analyzed in the laboratory of the Universidad Santo Tomas for the identification of the various morphotypes that inhabit the wetland. Then, the data obtained by the samplings were studied by means of bar graphs, cakes, tables and by means of the AHP (Analytical Hierarchy Process) model. The research and analysis acquired, through the elaboration of this project, allowed reaching different results. The two depths that were used for the samplings do not affect the abundance, the presence and absence of the morphotypes; Microcystis was the morphotype that was found most frequently in the three seasons, followed by Policystis and the wetland is in an Oligotrophic state, since it contains a low nutrient content and has a diversity of plants and animals.
