| dc.description | Este documento consiste en proponer una solución a las altas demandas de gas natural y electricidad por sistemas de climatización en los hogares, aplicado para el caso de estudio con la empresa NEI General Contracting, para la cual se plantea entonces una evaluación comparativa entre las tecnologías tradicionales frente a las bombas de calor geotérmico de circuito cerrado, a través del cálculo de las cargas térmicas de refrigeración y calefacción del apartamento para la elección del tamaño y capacidad del equipo correcto, haciendo uso del software Chvac-Commercial HVAC Loads. Finalmente se realiza un análisis de costos anuales de los equipos y se evalúa la factibilidad financiera de la inversión tanto para el futuro cliente como para la empresa. | spa |
| dc.description.abstract | This project consists of proposing a solution to the high demands of natural gas and electricity for air conditioning systems in homes, applied to the case study with the company NEI General Contracting, for which a comparative evaluation between traditional technologies is then proposed compared to closed circuit geothermal heat pumps, through the calculation of the unit's heating and cooling thermal loads to choose the correct equipment size and capacity, making use of the Chvac-Commercial HVAC Loads software. Finally, an analysis of the annual costs of the equipment is carried out and the financial feasibility of the investment is evaluated for both the future client and the company. | spa |
