Abstract

This work is done to obtain the title of International Negotiator professional, where the value offer made to the prestigious company Sodimac Homecenter from the area of Productivity and Efficiency is made known. The Productivity and Efficiency area is in charge of implementing actions that allow efficiency in the different business processes, their standardization and compliance with standards to comply with legal guidelines. The following improvement plan has the objective of disclosing the scope of the project, the activities to be carried out, the proposed follow up to them according to the roadmap made, it also specifies the definitions of the communications plan that is based on internal work meetings, approach with alternate areas and the accompaniment of the Productivity and Efficiency specialist who gave the necessary tools to successfully achieve the proposed objectives.
