El Patrimonio Cultural es el conjunto de bienes materiales, tradiciones y conocimientos de interés histórico, artístico, científico, técnico, etnográfico que tiene una comunidad o un país, este incluye no solo los monumentos y manifestaciones del pasado sino también lo que se llama patrimonio vivo, que son diversas manifestaciones de la cultura popular, las poblaciones o comunidades tradicionales, las artesanías y artes populares, la indumentaria, los conocimientos, valores, costumbres, tradiciones de un grupo o cultura, según el Ministerio de Cultura. Bienes de Interés Cultural del Ámbito Nacional (junio 2024).
Los Bienes culturales son todas las cosas que tengan importancia para el patrimonio cultural de los pueblos o países tales como monumentos de arquitectura, arte o de historia, religiosos, bienes bibliográficos y documentales, etnográficos y folclóricos. Se clasifican en muebles e inmuebles.
San Martín, un municipio ubicado en el departamento del Meta en los Llanos Orientales ha tenido 439 años de una larga historia y tradiciones culturales en la región, le ha permitido darle reconocimiento y valor al municipio con sus festividades y patrimonio inmaterial, además cuenta con construcciones tradicionales y coloniales ubicadas principalmente en el casco histórico, algunos categorizados como bienes de interés cultural (BIC), sin embargo, falta la atención en la valoración de los BIC en cuanto a su conservación y divulgación en el contexto de la población, que ha generado como resultado una carencia de información histórica, afectando el conocimiento de las nuevas generaciones para así conectar con su cultura desapareciendo las tradiciones del lugar que habitan, sumado a que las personas realicen trasformaciones inadecuadas en las construcciones como técnicas constructivas, diseño y materialidad y la poca participación de la población perdiendo sentido de pertenencia del municipio.
Esta propuesta tiene como propósito fortalecer y aportar a la memoria colectiva en los bienes de interés cultural mediante narrativas arquitectónicas y entrevistas semiestructuradas, analizado los discursos se exploran las percepciones y memorias de los habitantes en relación con cada BIC.
Con esta información se elaboran productos con contenido audiovisual como aporte al fomento en la educación y cultura de los BIC con relación a reafirmar la memoria colectiva e identidad de los ciudadanos, quienes le pueden dar la importancia y el valor histórico a través de oportunidades y acciones que incentiven el crecimiento económico.
Abstract
Cultural Heritage is the set of material goods, traditions and knowledge of historical, artistic, scientific, technical, ethnographic interest that a community or a country has. This includes not only the monuments and manifestations of the past but also what is called living heritage, which are various manifestations of popular culture, traditional populations or communities, crafts and popular arts, clothing, knowledge, values, customs, traditions of a group or culture, according to the Ministry of Culture. Assets of Cultural Interest at the National Level" (June 2024).
Cultural assets are all things that are important for the cultural heritage of peoples or countries such as architectural, artistic or historical monuments, religious, bibliographic and documentary assets, ethnographic and folkloric assets. They are classified as movable and immovable.
San Martín, a municipality located in the department of Meta in the Eastern Plains, has had 439 years of a long history and cultural traditions in the region, which has allowed it to give recognition and value to the municipality with its festivities and intangible heritage. It also has traditional and colonial buildings located mainly in the historic center, some categorized as assets of cultural interest (BIC). However, there is a lack of attention to the assessment of the BICs in terms of their conservation and dissemination in the context of the population, which has resulted in a lack of historical information, affecting the knowledge of the new generations to connect with their culture, disappearing the traditions of the place they live in, added to the fact that people make inappropriate transformations in the buildings such as construction techniques, design and materiality and the low participation of the population, losing a sense of belonging to the municipality.
This proposal aims to strengthen and contribute to the collective memory of assets of cultural interest through architectural narratives and semi-structured interviews, analyzing the speeches and exploring the perceptions and memories of the inhabitants in relation to each BIC.
With this information, products with audiovisual content are produced as a contribution to the promotion of education and culture in the BICs in relation to reaffirming the collective memory and identity of citizens, who can give it importance and historical value through opportunities and actions that encourage economic growth.
