dc.description	El presente proyecto de mejora se desarrolló en la Planta Tocancipá de Bavaria con el propósito de optimizar la seguridad operativa de la flota de montacargas. A partir del análisis de datos telemétricos del Fleet Management System (FMS), se identificó que los altos niveles de eventos críticos estaban asociados al fenómeno del afán operativo y a comportamientos inseguros recurrentes. Para intervenir esta problemática, se diseñó e implementó un Plan de Mejora que integró coaching individualizado, capacitaciones enfocadas en cultura de seguridad, ajustes operativos en zonas críticas y un sistema de seguimiento basado en indicadores. Los resultados demuestran una reducción significativa de alertas entre julio y noviembre, evidenciando la efectividad del plan y la transformación en el comportamiento de los operadores. Asimismo, se logró fortalecer la cultura de seguridad, mejorar la eficiencia logística interna y generar prácticas sostenibles alineadas con los lineamientos globales de AB InBev. Este proyecto constituye una propuesta aplicable, medible y replicable en otras áreas y plantas del grupo
dc.description.abstract	This improvement project was developed at Bavaria’s Tocancipá Plant with the aim of enhancing operational safety in the forklift fleet. Based on telemetric data collected through the Fleet Management System (FMS), high levels of critical events were identified, largely linked to operational rush and recurring unsafe behaviors. In response, a comprehensive Improvement Plan was designed and implemented, integrating individualized coaching, safety culture training, operational adjustments in critical areas, and a structured follow-up system supported by performance indicators. The results show a significant reduction in alerts from July to November, demonstrating the effectiveness of the intervention and a positive behavioral shift among operators. Additionally, the project strengthened the safety culture, improved internal logistics efficiency, and established sustainable practices aligned with AB InBev’s global standards. This project represents an applicable, measurable, and scalable model for other areas and plants within the organization
