Resumen

Ahurora es una empresa que busca generar por medio de una plataforma digital, negociaciones de vehículos usados entre personas naturales, participando así como un conector solidario entre el comprador y el vendedor del vehículo, dando un respaldo a la negociación, buscando siempre la satisfacción tanto del vendedor como del comprador. Ahurora a través de su programa Garantía Sello Dorado, busca que las personas naturales que desean vender su vehículo puedan ofrecer las mismas garantías que se brindan en un concesionario. El programa Sello Dorado otorga una garantía de 12 meses o 20.000 kilómetros, lo que primero ocurra; prestando asi un servicio 360 grados, donde los clientes puedan obtener todos los trámites que conlleva la negociación antes, durante y después.

Abstract

Ahurora is a company that seeks to generate, through a digital platform, negotiations of used vehicles between natural persons, thus participating as a solidarity connector between the buyer and the seller of the vehicle, giving support to the negotiation, always seeking the satisfaction of both the seller and buyer. Ahurora, through its Golden Seal Guarantee program, seeks that natural persons who wish to sell their vehicle can offer the same guarantees that are provided in a dealership. The Golden Seal program grants a guarantee of 12 months or 20,000 kilometers, whichever occurs first; Thus providing a 360-degree service, where clients can obtain all the procedures involved in the negotiation before, during and after.
