dc.description | En el siguiente trabajo se realiza el diseño de ingeniería de un brazo robótico de 6 grados de libertad con un alcance de un metro cubico de trabajo. El brazo cuenta con las características necesarias para su fabricación, construcción y operación. El diseño se basa en las siguientes características: capacidad de carga, movimiento en un espacio definido, viabilidad de instalación de sensores o componentes y dificultad reducida para programación y operación del dispositivo. Estos atributos son suficientes para probar y caracterizar su uso experimental. El trabajo estudia las necesidades y características de ingeniería del brazo robótico según los estudiantes de la Universidad Santo Tomás, posteriormente se realiza un modelo conceptual donde se aplica ingeniería de detalle para finalmente obtener un diseño, este tiene que considerar su fabricación, ensamblaje y armado. Finalmente, se comprobará sus limitaciones como sus capacidades atreves de softwares de simulación de tipo CAE (Computational Asist Engineering) y MCD (Mechatronics Concept Design). | spa |
dc.description.abstract | In the following work, the engineering design of a robotic arm with 6 degrees of freedom with a scope of one cubic meter of work is carried out. The arm has the necessary characteristics for its manufacture, construction and operation. The design is based on the following characteristics: load capacity, movement in a defined space, feasibility of installing sensors or components, and reduced difficulty for programming and operating the device. These attributes are enough to test and characterize its experimental use. The work studies the engineering needs and characteristics of the robotic arm according to the students of the Universidad Santo Tomás, later a conceptual model is made where detailed engineering is applied to finally obtain a design, this has to consider its manufacture, assembly and assembly. Finally, its limitations and its capabilities will be verified through CAE (Computational Assist Engineering) and MCD (Mechatronics Concept Design) type simulation software. | spa |
