Este informe se enfocará en realizar el análisis y diagnostico con la información recolectada durante las visitas y el estudio patológico a la estructura seleccionada denominada “paciente”, la cual es la edificación de acceso al Conjunto Residencial Parque Imperial 2 de la Etapa 3, que es colindante con el Conjunto Residencial Parque Imperial 3, en donde como primer pronóstico se determina una deficiencia estructural que evidencia unas grietas y daños en la fachada principal, lo que asegura por su forma, dirección y entre otras una falla por asentamientos diferenciales por causa inicialmente de la discrepancia de los elementos en las cimentaciones que conforma tanto la misma edificación como la colindante, lo que ha generado otras patologías encontradas que aseveran la falla principal. A partir de lo evidenciado se realizará una verificación con un análisis de los mecanismos de falla y las patologías existentes, implementando las recomendaciones del reglamento NSR-10, así efectuando la evaluación de vulnerabilidad y generando una simulación con un modelo matemático el cual apoyara el resultado para una propuesta viable de rehabilitación y de intervención donde se implementaran unos sistemas de anclaje a la estructura existente para disminuir y unificar los asentamiento presentados.
Abstract
This report focuses on conducting an analysis and diagnosis based on the information collected during site visits and the pathological study of the selected structure, referred to as the “patient.” The structure in question is the access building of the Parque Imperial 2 Residential Complex, Stage 3, which is adjacent to the Parque Imperial 3 Residential Complex. As an initial prognosis, structural deficiencies have been identified, evidenced by cracks and damage on the main facade. The characteristics, orientation, and other features of these damages suggest a failure due to differential settlements, initially caused by discrepancies in the foundation elements of both the subject building and the adjacent one. These conditions have led to additional pathologies that reinforce the diagnosis of a primary structural failure. Based on the findings, verification will be carried out through an analysis of the failure mechanisms and existing pathologies, implementing the recommendations of the NSR-10 code. This will include a vulnerability assessment and the development of a simulation using a mathematical model to support the results and propose a viable rehabilitation and intervention strategy. The intervention will involve the implementation of anchoring systems to the existing structure to reduce and unify the observed settlements.
