dc.description	El término hermenéutica proviene del verbo griego hermēneuein que significa declarar, anunciar, esclarecer y traducir. Significa que alguna cosa es llevada a la comprensión. En esta investigación hermenéutica es interpretar. Cuando se incrementa la productividad de los sectores mediante la apropiación de tecnología, se excluye el factor humano presente en toda actividad y se atribuye la solución exclusivamente a la disponibilidad de objetos y su manipulación para la creación efectiva de riqueza. En economía, en política y en general en la vida social, el único universo visible del ser humano son otros seres humanos. Por lo tanto, toda gestión humana debe examinarse bajo la óptica de lo humano. La innovación es motor para el desarrollo y presenta conceptualmente tres dimensiones: el factor tecnológico caracterizado por la incertidumbre, el factor estético explicado por la percepción y el factor humano definido en el reino de la complejidad dado que los seres humanos son impredecibles e incopiables. En la interpretación de la innovación aplicada a la economía del desarrollo se establece que el modelamiento estático contiene lo complejo, lo tecnológico y lo estético y en el dinámico se corresponde con el valor, la utilidad, la calidad y la contingencia asegurando la sostenibilidad de lo construido.	spa
dc.description.abstract	The term hermeneutics comes from the Greek verb hermēneuein which means to declare, announce, clarify and translate. It means that something is brought to understanding. In this research hermeneutics is to interpret. When the productivity of sectors is increased through the appropriation of technology, the human factor present in all activity is excluded and the solution is attributed exclusively to the availability of objects and their manipulation for the effective creation of wealth. In economics, politics and social life in general, the only visible universe of human beings is other human beings. Therefore, all human management must be examined from a human point of view. Innovation is a driving force for development and conceptually presents three dimensions: the technological factor characterised by uncertainty, the aesthetic factor explained by perception and the human factor defined in the realm of complexity, given that human beings are unpredictable and unknowable. In the interpretation of innovation applied to development economics it is established that the static modelling contains the complex, the technological and the aesthetic, and in the dynamic modelling it corresponds to value, utility, quality and contingency, ensuring the sustainability of what is built.
