dc.description	El presente trabajo de grado propone la creación de Elite Dual Sport, un club deportivo orientado a la formación integral de niños, jóvenes y adultos jóvenes en el municipio de Cajicá y sectores cercanos. La iniciativa articula el fútbol como deporte base y el taekwondo como disciplina complementaria, con el propósito de fortalecer las capacidades físicas, técnicas, sociales y emocionales de los participantes. El proyecto surge como respuesta a problemáticas como el sedentarismo, el uso inadecuado del tiempo libre y la limitada oferta de programas deportivos que integren la formación en valores con el desarrollo deportivo. La investigación de mercados se desarrolló mediante un enfoque descriptivo y la aplicación de una encuesta a 25 personas pertenecientes al público objetivo. Los resultados evidenciaron una alta aceptación de las actividades deportivas extracurriculares, ya que el 100 % de los encuestados las considera importantes para niños y jóvenes. Asimismo, el 72 % manifestó haber inscrito o estar dispuesto a inscribir a sus hijos en una escuela o club deportivo. Las preferencias identificadas respaldan la propuesta, debido a que el fútbol obtuvo el 48 % de interés y el 36 % expresó interés en practicar ambas disciplinas. Elite Dual Sport plantea una propuesta de valor diferenciada basada en la integración del fútbol y el taekwondo, una metodología pedagógica adaptada por edades, entrenadores con formación profesional, acompañamiento a las familias y ambientes seguros e inclusivos. El modelo de negocio contempla ingresos provenientes de inscripciones, mensualidades y venta de uniformes, con planes para fútbol, taekwondo y un plan dúo. De esta manera, el proyecto busca consolidarse como una alternativa deportiva innovadora, sostenible y con impacto positivo en el desarrollo humano y comunitario. dc.description.abstract	This undergraduate project proposes the creation of Elite Dual Sport, a sports club focused on the comprehensive development of children, teenagers, and young adults in the municipality of Cajicá and nearby areas. The initiative combines football as the main sport and taekwondo as a complementary discipline, aiming to strengthen participants’ physical, technical, social, and emotional abilities. The project was developed in response to issues such as sedentary lifestyles, the inadequate use of free time, and the limited availability of sports programs that combine values-based education with athletic development. The market research was conducted through a descriptive approach and a survey applied to 25 people from the target market. The results showed a high level of acceptance of extracurricular sports activities, as 100% of respondents considered them important for children and teenagers. In addition, 72% stated that they had enrolled or would be willing to enroll their children in a sports school or club. The identified preferences support the proposal, since football received 48% of the responses and 36% of participants expressed interest in practicing both disciplines. Elite Dual Sport offers a differentiated value proposition based on the integration of football and taekwondo, an age-adapted pedagogical methodology, professionally trained coaches, family support, and safe and inclusive environments. The business model includes income from registration fees, monthly payments, and the sale of uniforms, with plans for football, taekwondo, and a combined dual-sport plan. Therefore, the project aims to become an innovative and sustainable sports alternative that positively contributes to human and community development.
