| dc.description | El trabajo contiene las experiencias y actividades desarrolladas durante el cargo de practicante en el área de Recursos Humanos en la empresa Gas Natural del Oriente S.A. E.S.P. El propósito de la práctica empresarial consisitió en brindar apoyo constante en el desarrollo y cumplimiento de las actividades propuestas en el primer semestre del año 2018 para el área, constituyéndose entre los aportes más grandes la creación de los comités de convivencia laboral en las ocho sociedades de Gas Natural en Colombia, el control de los auxilios de lentes, medicamentos y consultas médicas así como el fortalecer una mejor planeación ante la selección del nuevo personal. | spa |
| dc.description.abstract | The work contains the experiences and activities developed during the position of practitioner in the area of Human Resources in the company Gas Natural del Oriente S.A. E.S.P. The purpose of the business practice consisted in providing constant support in the development and fulfillment of the activities proposed in the first semester of the year 2018 for the area, being constituted among the largest contributions the creation of committees of labor coexistence in the eight societies of Gas Natural in Colombia, the control of the aid of lenses, medicines and medical consultations as well as the strengthening of a better planning before the selection of the new personnel. | spa |
