Este proyecto se basa en la ida de repotenciación de territorios y comunidades vulnerables por medio de los espacios que les puedan brindar soluciones y oportunidades para el crecimiento personal y profesional , la arquitectura tiene que ser más que una edificación tiene que ser un espacio que esta allí para ser parte de su paisaje ,articularse de manera adecuada con su entorno y mejorarlo ser un propulsor del cambio social dando las herramientas necesarias para desarrollar actividades de carácter cultural ,social y económico , debe entenderse como un espacio de encuentro . este centro de desarrollo social y cultural se adapta a la topografía existente de manera en cómo su geometría acoge parte del paisaje, direcciona recorridos dentro del espacio público inmediato y trata de mimetizarse con el tipo de construcción que se encuentras allí porque surge de variables tomadas y abstraídas de la conformación típica urbana de este sector y de las condiciones artísticas y culturales que su población acoge
Abstract
This project is based on the repowering of vulnerable territories and communities through spaces that can provide solutions and opportunities for personal and professional growth, architecture has to be more than a building has to be a space that is there To be part of its landscape, articulate itself in an appropriate way with its surroundings and improve it, be a propeller of social change, giving the necessary tools to develop activities of a cultural, social and economic nature, it must be understood as a meeting place. This center of social and cultural development adapts to the existing topography in a way in which its geometry welcomes part of the landscape, directs routes within the immediate public space and tries to blend in with the type of construction you find there because it arises from variables taken and abstracted from the typical urban conformation of this sector and the artistic and cultural conditions that its population welcomes
