El Proceso de Apropiación Social del Conocimiento titulado “Salida Gráfica a La Cumbre, Floridablanca, Santander”, tiene como objetivo fortalecer la gestión territorial de la Pastoral Ambiental de la Parroquia Nuestra Señora de la Providencia, mediante el uso de herramientas gráficas en formatos impreso y digital, facilitando así una lectura compartida del territorio del barrio La Cumbre. Inicialmente, se realizaron reuniones participativas con la Pastoral Ambiental para definir los objetivos y actividades. Posteriormente, se implementaron tres espacios de aprendizaje colaborativo: una conferencia con el Observatorio de Vivienda del semillero FACARQ; una salida-taller al barrio en articulación con la Maestría en Ordenamiento Territorial; y una capacitación en el uso de herramientas digitales e impresas para la gestión del territorio, realizada en las salas de informática del Campus Floridablanca. Como resultado final, se entregó una cartilla digital que sistematiza los conocimientos construidos durante el proceso. El impacto del proyecto fue significativo: se fortaleció la práctica comunitaria mediante el reconocimiento y apropiación del territorio con el uso de herramientas accesibles. Las estrategias pedagógicas —basadas en la oralidad, el aprendizaje entre pares y el acompañamiento activo— permitieron que incluso personas sin experiencia previa con tecnología pudieran integrarse al proceso. Entre los beneficios obtenidos, se destaca que las personas integrantes de la Pastoral Ambiental lograron identificar problemáticas y potencialidades del territorio y adquirir herramientas técnicas para su análisis. La experiencia evidenció que, mediante metodologías inclusivas y tecnologías sencillas, es posible democratizar el acceso al conocimiento territorial, sin importar el nivel educativo o la familiaridad con medios digitales.
Abstract
The Social Appropriation of Knowledge Process, titled "Graphic Outing to La Cumbre, Floridablanca, Santander," aims to strengthen the territorial management of the Environmental Ministry of the Nuestra Señora de la Providencia Parish through the use of graphic tools in print and digital formats, thus facilitating a shared understanding of the territory of the La Cumbre neighborhood. Initially, participatory meetings were held with the Environmental Ministry to define objectives and activities. Subsequently, three collaborative learning spaces were implemented: a conference with the FACARQ Housing Observatory; a field trip-workshop to the neighborhood in conjunction with the Master's Program in Territorial Planning; and training in the use of digital and print tools for territorial management, held in the computer labs of the Floridablanca Campus. The final result was a digital booklet that systematizes the knowledge acquired during the process. The impact of the project was significant: community practice was strengthened through territorial recognition and appropriation with the use of accessible tools. The pedagogical strategies—based on oral communication, peer learning, and active mentoring—allowed even people without prior experience with technology to participate in the process. Among the benefits obtained, it is worth highlighting that the members of the Pastoral Ambiental were able to identify problems and potentialities in the territory and acquire technical tools for their analysis. The experience demonstrated that, through inclusive methodologies and simple technologies, it is possible to democratize access to territorial knowledge, regardless of educational level or familiarity with digital media.
