dc.descriptionEn este plan de mejora para el proyecto, se identifican áreas clave que requieren atención y optimización, a través de un enfoque integral que abarca desde la evaluación de la situación actual hasta la implementación de acciones específicas, en las cuales se busca aumentar la eficiencia operativa, mejorar la calidad del servicio, y fortalecer la satisfacción del cliente. El mayor compromiso que se plantea es con la mejora continua y la alineación con los objetivos estratégicos de la organización que guíe en este proceso, con la ambición de lograr resultados medibles y sostenibles a medida que se avanza hacia el éxito del proyecto. En general, este plan de mejora representa un camino hacia el progreso en la ejecución del proyecto, al abordar áreas críticas y aprovechar oportunidades de optimización, esperando no solo alcanzar los objetivos, sino también establecer una cultura de mejora continua que impulse el éxito a largo plazo y denote cambios activos en la división de operación aduanera en la DIAN sede Maicao la Guajira.spa
