dc.description	Este informe final contiene el aprendizaje obtenido en seis meses de práctica a través de mis funciones como coordinador logístico y appointment setter en un entorno remoto e internacional. La industria del transporte por carretera en Estados Unidos requiere de bastos conocimientos en materia de logística, contacto directo con las partes involucradas en la cadena de suministro y del manejo de diferentes softwares de gestión de transporte (TMS), conocimientos que adquirí a través de las funciones asignadas por RLS Logistics, que pude complementar con los adquiridos previamente en el énfasis de distribución física internacional y que se evidencian a lo largo de este documento junto a sus respectivos procesos, tablas y figuras.	spa
dc.description.abstract	This final report is the result of six months of learning through my intership as logistics coordinator and appointment setter in a remote and international environment. The trucking industry in the United States requires a lot of knowledge in logistics, direct contact with the parties involved in the Supply chain and the use of different Transportation Management Systems (TMS), knowledge that I was able to acquire through my role at RLS Logistics and that I could complement with my knowledge of International Physical Distribution, which is presented in this report through different processes, tables and figures.	spa
