Narrativas sobre el proceso administrativo de restablecimiento de derechos de los adolescentes y sus familias vinculados al sistema de responsabilidad penal para adolescentes

Abstract

In the social, cultural and political framework through which the rights of children and adolescents cross, the following research is developed, this one has as objective, to understand the narrative construction on the administrative process of Restoration of Rights of adolescents and their families linked to the System of Criminal Responsibility for Adolescents. For this, a qualitative study is carried out, framed in a second order constructivist, narrative and cybernetic epistemology. The method used for the development of the investigation had two fundamental strategies, which are, focused interview and graphic organizers, therefore, three adolescents and their families linked to the Criminal Responsibility System were selected and with opening in the Process of Restoration of Rights. . The findings allow to glimpse the meaning that the participants have built around the Process of Restoration of Rights, reflect in a positive way the process that they advance. The accounts give an account of the functionality that the process has had, as well as the accompaniment of the parents, it is a determining factor in the permanence and behavior of the adolescent in the institution, at the same time it is an assertive communication channel between family and technical team, giving special importance to the transitions of change, the meaning and the restructuring that the Administrative Process of Restoration of Rights has generated in adolescents and their families.
