Resumen
Esta investigación tiene como objetivo visibilizar las acciones en materia de atención humanitaria, llevadas a cabo por distintas organizaciones no gubernamentales en Colombia, en pro de la protección de las mujeres migrantes venezolanas, todo dentro del marco del enfoque de seguridad humana; que en este caso será el elemento teórico que guíe la investigación. Se usarán elementos teórico conceptuales propuestos por este enfoque como lo son las dimensiones, los principios y las estrategias de protección y de empoderamiento. Estos ayudarán a determinar si las acciones que realizan diversas ONG´s, son desarrolladas en favor de la consecución del bienestar de las mujeres migrantes.
Esta es una investigación con un enfoque cualitativo de tipo descriptivo. Se realizó la revisión y análisis de fuentes secundarias como cartillas e informes publicados por diferentes ONG’s en sus páginas web, además de 5 entrevistas semiestructuras hechas a representantes de organizaciones no gubernamentales, a saber: la Corporación Opción Legal, la Fundación Venezuela Aporta, el International Rescue Committee, el GIFMM y el Concejo Noruego para Refugiados.
El trabajo se divide en dos capítulos. En el primero, se describe el panorama actual de la mujer migrante venezolana en Colombia con respecto a los riesgos que la afectan y en el segundo se abordan las acciones llevadas a cabo por diferentes ONG’s, considerando las dimensiones, los principios y las estrategias de la seguridad humana, para de esta manera conocer que impactos positivos pueden tener estas acciones en la lucha contra las amenazas que aquejan a esta población. Al final se presentan algunas conclusiones.
Abstract
The objective of this research is to make visible the humanitarian actions carried out by different non-governmental organizations in Colombia, in favor of the protection of Venezuelan migrant women, all within the framework of human security, which in this case will be the theoretical element guiding the investigation. These will help to determine whether the actions carried out by various NGOs are developed in favor of achieving the welfare of migrant women.
This is a qualitative research with a descriptive approach. The review and analysis of secondary sources such as brochures and reports published by different NGO's in their web pages was carried out, in addition to 5 semi-structured interviews with representatives of non-governmental organizations, namely: Corporación Opción Legal, Fundación Venezuela Aporta, International Rescue Committee, GIFMM and Norwegian Refugee Council.
The work is divided into two chapters. The first chapter describes the current situation of Venezuelan migrant women in Colombia according to the risks that affect them, and the second deals with the actions carried out by different NGOs, considering the dimensions, principles and strategies of human security in order to know what positive impacts they can have in the fight against the threats that affect this population. Some conclusions are presented at the end.
