dc.descriptionComprender la importancia de la generación de valor compartido en las organizaciones y su priorización en las estrategias corporativas es fundamental en la actualidad. Para lograr este objetivo, se lleva a cabo una exhaustiva revisión sistemática de la literatura, que incluye un proceso de selección para identificar 16 documentos clave que se utilizan para alimentar una matriz de análisis. En términos generales, se ha encontrado que, en el período de tiempo que abarca desde 2018 hasta 2023, el valor compartido se ha convertido en un elemento crucial. Su relevancia no se limita únicamente a las empresas, sino que también afecta de manera significativa a nivel nacional. Este análisis tiene como objetivo proporcionar una validación teórica sobre el impacto positivo de la generación de valor compartido en las empresas. Además, busca establecer una hoja de ruta teórica que pueda ser seguida por una amplia gama de organizaciones, contribuyendo así a mejorar su desempeño, competitividad y rendimiento en generalspa
