El presente trabajo tiene como objetivo comprender, cómo las narrativas de tres líderes barristas encargados de dirigir los tres grupos y filiales: América, Acacias Albiazul, y Los del Sur Acacias, del municipio de Acacias, construyen su identidad grupal. Esta investigación está orientada por una metodología cualitativa sustentada en el método Hermenéutico que tiene por estrategias los relatos de vida cuya intención es recopilar información histórica del grupo y/o filial que dé cuenta de su identidad, en concordancia, la entrevista en profundidad tiene como finalidad profundizar sobre las narrativas de los líderes, y el contendido iconográfico e información emergente; esta última a través del software NVIVO 12 que permite realizar análisis a los datos cualitativos obtenidos y compartirlos de una manera didáctica.
Esta investigación reconoce que, los líderes de los grupos y filiales manejan unas narrativas con significados de lazos familiares, y comportamientos altruistas peculiares. Estas, por su parte son identificadas por los integrantes, quienes a partir de allí empiezan a proyectar planes a corto, mediano y largo plazo, siempre en pro de la sana convivencia entre los distintos grupos del municipio, teniendo como finalidad, el poder desvincularse de las tramas narrativas culturales de Europa y Argentina, y así co-construir unas acordes a las exigencias del contexto colombiano, donde se denota la importancia hegemónica y jerárquica del trabajo articulado con los distintos actores sociales.
Abstract
The present work aims to understand how the narratives of three barrista leaders in charge of directing the three groups and affiliates: América, Acacias Albiazul, and Los del Sur Acacias, from the municipality of Acacias, build their group identity. This research is guided by a qualitative methodology based on the Hermeneutical method that has life stories as strategies whose intention is to collect historical information of the group and / or affiliate that accounts for their identity, accordingly, the in-depth interview is intended to delve into the narratives of the leaders, and the iconographic content and emerging information; the latter through the NVIVO 12 software that allows analysis of the qualitative data obtained and shared in a didactic way.
This research recognizes that the leaders of groups and affiliates handle narratives with meanings of family ties, and peculiar altruistic behaviors. These, for their part, are identified by the members, who from there begin to project short, medium and long-term plans, always in favor of healthy coexistence between the different groups of the municipality, having as a goal, the power to dissociate themselves from the cultural narrative plots of Europe and Argentina, and thus co-construct some according to the demands of the Colombian context, where the hegemonic and hierarchical importance of the work articulated with the different social actors is denoted.
