La presente investigación buscó determinar qué orientaciones pedagógicas se sugerirían para el diseño e implementación del Plan de Movilidad Escolar (PME) con los estudiantes del grado transición y docentes del Jardín Infantil “Cunitas y Crayolas”, ya que mediante la recolección de los datos utilizados se determinó que los estudiantes no tienen una formación específica en educación y seguridad vial, también se hizo evidente que las docentes no poseían el conocimiento suficiente al respecto y por ende no se encontraban capacitadas para enseñarlo a sus estudiantes; un tema muy importante y necesario debido a los altos índices de accidentalidad y muertes que se presentan actualmente.
Debido a esta necesidad se planteó como alternativa de solución, el diseño e implementación del PME en la institución, con el fin de orientar acciones por medio de estrategias pedagógicas basadas en la teoría del aprendizaje social de Bandura (1977), y fomentar una cultura vial segura, responsable y sostenible en toda la comunidad educativa y de esta manera ayudar a proteger y salvar la vida de las personas, así como también facilitar su movilidad. De igual forma se hizo una intervención con los docentes para orientarlos y brindarles la información necesaria acerca del PME al comité conformado, en el diseño y futura implementación del mismo. Los padres, madres de familia y cuidadores también hicieron parte de este trabajo mediante el aporte de información por medio de las encuestas, así como también se espera que participen activamente en las actividades que la institución y el comité del PME planteen para la implementación del mismo.
El enfoque del estudio es cualitativo y su tipo o método es la Investigación Acción (IA), de acuerdo a lo anterior la propuesta de las orientaciones pedagógicas sirve como guía a los docentes para orientar el desarrollo del PME con resultados óptimos que desencadenen en la práctica de lo aprendido.
En general los resultados obtenidos fueron muy positivos logrando involucrar la educación y seguridad vial en el plan de estudios de la institución y sensibilizar a toda la comunidad educativa sobre su importancia y necesidad.
Abstract
The present research was conducted to determine which pedagogical orientations will be used to effectively implement the School Mobility Plan (SMP), with students of transition graders and teachers from kinder garden “Cunitas and Crayolas" since, by collecting some data for the research, it was determined that the students do not have any specific training in education and road safety, It also became clear that teachers do not have enough knowledge about it and therefore are not trained to teach it to their students, which means a very important issue due to the high rates of accidents and deaths that currently occur.
Due to this fact, the design and implementation of the SMP in the school is proposed as an alternative solution, which is looking to guide actions through pedagogical strategies based on the Social Learning Theory by Bandura (1977), and fostering a road culture that can be safe, responsible and sustainable in the whole educational community and, through that help protecting and saving people's lives, while it is tried to facilitate their mobility as well. In addition, it is made an intervention with some of the teachers from the school through capacitation to provide them some relevant information about the SMP and some necessary guidance with the committee formed to establish the design and the future implementation of the plan. Parents, mothers and caregivers were also part of this work by providing information through the surveys, as well as expected to participate actively in the activities that the institution and the committee of the PME pose for the implementation of it.
It was used a qualitative approach and an Action Research method which leaded to achieve the pedagogical strategies proposed for the research and, at the same time, served as a guide to teachers to correctly implement the development of the SMP at the school with optimal and practical results from the students that can be demonstrated to show what they have learned.
In general, the results obtained were very positive, it was achieved the inclement of road safety education in the institution's curriculum and this helped to sensitize the entire educational community about the importance of the topic.
