Abstract

The purpose of this report is to concisely demonstrate all the activities carried out during the internship at the company AC ESTRUCTURAL SAS; The internships serve as a complement to the student's academic training where they can begin to apply the knowledge acquired during the degree. The company AC STRUCTURAL SAS is made up of 5 civil engineers, 4 draftsmen who are dedicated to consulting and structural advice at a national and regional level, whose purpose is to offer optimal, functional and high-quality design solutions. This company has been in charge of large projects in the municipality of Villavicencio such as the Santo Tomás university, clear water headquarters, potenza building, caudal building, stellar security building, on the other hand, it has developed projects in Putumayo, Amazonas, Cundinamarca , among other departments, for this reason it is listed as one of the best companies in structural design by the Meta department's engineers' union. Within the practice carried out in the company AC ESTRUCTURAL SAS several activities were developed that helped to strengthen and learn new knowledge; The activities carried out were the calculation of quantities of work, structural and geotechnical review of curator projects, exploded views of elements such as beams, columns, joists, preparation of budgets, all these tasks were carried out with software such as DC-CAD, AutoCAD, DL-NET; It should be noted that all these tasks were carried out thanks to the support provided by the company's tutor. The report will be made up of eight chapters where the profile of the company, the organizational structure, the regulatory framework that was used to carry out the proposed tasks, a brief summary of the activities carried out and the respective SWOT analysis of the company and staff based on internship experience; Finally, there are the lessons learned, contributions and recommendations.
