Complejo mixto eco-estructural Iku ferro alternativa de solución habitacional mediante el análisis y modelación de viviendas palafíticas de madera en una zona de inundación en el municipio de Puerto Carreño–Vichada

Abstract

Puerto Carreño, capital of the Vichada department, is located in the middle of three large rivers: Meta to the north, Orinoco to the east and Bita to the south, which in the face of heavy rainfall and taking into account the difference in the type of rock material and its This structure affects the control of river channels, generating high levels of flooding in which not only the population of Puerto Carreño is affected, but also the indigenous settlements established there such as Sikuani and Amorua from Colombia and the Jivi migrant community from Venezuela. This undergraduate work presents a proposal for a possible solution of entirely academic housing in favor of solving the problem in question for said populations in Puerto Carreño, proposing a model of wooden stilt houses in structural terms, based on designs proposed by our colleagues in Architecture (interfaced work) in a flood zone in Puerto Carreño - Vichada, as an alternative to prevent risks caused by the increase in the river bed in question. The model is composed of a structure of wooden stilt houses that support a plate of the same material which unites 12 houses, with 5 houses whose architectural design has the typology that makes up each of these families of different ethnicities, its structural design is proposed in frames with diagonals with structures on an independent platform, modeled with the help of ETABS software; Each typology is designed to withstand the corresponding loads for each extension or module annex according to the current NSR10 construction standard. The structure of each of the 5 typologies has the capacity to withstand the loads exerted by the habitable part and the projected parts in terms of modulated houses for two floors. Likewise, in this mixed scenario of stilt houses, it is proposed to design the availability of basic services in terms of electricity service, drinking water service, pluvial drainage system in the house, the sanitary network system in the house and an analysis of unit prices approximate to the total cost of type 5 housing
