ResumenEl presente artículo intenta una caracterización del fenómeno del pluralismo jurídico. Para ello se hace, enprimer lugar, una breve síntesis histórica sobre dicha problemática; en segundo lugar, se alude a los contextossociológicos en los que tienen lugar fenómenos de pluralismo jurídico; en tercer lugar, se propone una síntesisdel monismo jurídico, en cuanto interpretación dominante del derecho moderno e idea opuesta al pluralismojurídico, y se concluye con una distinción terminológica final.AbstractThe present article attempts to characterize the phenomenon of the pluralism in jurisprudence. Firstly, wewill make a brief historical synthesis about this matter. Secondly, we will mention the sociological contexts thattake place within this phenomena of pluralism in jurisprudence. In the third place, we propose a synthesis of thejudicial monism, with respect to the dominant interpretation of the modern right and as opposed to entering intothe judicial pluralism, and we conclude with a brief terminological distinction.
