Resumen

Este proyecto de creación de empresa busca reunir cada una de las clases y temáticas teóricas y prácticas que fueron vistas a lo largo de diferentes materias pertenecientes a la facultad de Ingeniería industrial, esto se abordó mediante la formulación y planeación para la ejecución de la Escuela de formación Cerveleón Cuesta, observando la viabilidad, utilidad y factibilidad después de terminar las fases del documento. Teniendo en cuenta el humanismo implementado en la Universidad Santo Tomas, también se busca desarrollar una empresa que sea capaz de aportar significativamente en la vida de muchas personas a nivel social, cultural y personal. Realizando el documento paso a paso y cada uno de los componentes, se plasmará detalladamente a partir de los respaldos financieros por parte de los patrocinadores y un crecimiento constante en los integrantes de la escuela.

Abstract

This company creation project seeks to bring together each of the theoretical and practical topics that were seen throughout different subjects belonging to the Faculty of Industrial Engineering, this was addressed through the formulation and planning for the execution of the Cerveleón Training School It costs, observing the feasibility, usefulness and feasibility after finishing the phases of the document. Considering the humanism implemented at the Santo Tomas University, we also looked to develop a company that can contribute significantly to the lives of many people at a social, cultural, and personal level. Conducting the document step by step and each of the components, we will look to capture it in detail if good financial support is kept by the sponsors and a constant growth in the members of the school.
