Este ensayo teológico explora el sufrimiento de Dios en la crucifixión de Jesús, analizando la relación entre la Trinidad y el dolor en la cruz. Examina conceptos como la impasibilidad de Dios, evitando caer en el patripasionismo y destaca cómo el Padre, el Hijo y el Espíritu Santo participan en el drama salvífico. Concluye que Dios, en su amor y compasión, no permanece indiferente al sufrimiento humano, sino que se dona a sí mismo, revelando un amor inquebrantable y una implicación total de la Trinidad en la redención.
Abstract
This theological essay explores the suffering of God in the crucifixion of Jesus, analyzing the relationship between the Trinity and the pain of the cross. It examines concepts such as the impassibility of God, while avoiding any drift toward Patripassianism, and highlights how the Father, the Son, and the Holy Spirit participate in the salvific drama. It concludes that God, in His love and compassion, does not remain indifferent to human suffering; rather, He offers Himself, revealing an unwavering love and the total involvement of the Triniity in the work of redemtion.
