Esta investigación tiene el propósito de Analizar la evolución del derecho deportivo en Colombia, centrándose específicamente en el fútbol, con el fin de comprender los cambios, desafíos y tendencias en la regulación jurídica de esta disciplina deportiva en el país, puesto que este concepto es poco hablado y en ocasiones se tiende a confundir con el derecho al deporte, lo que por desconocimiento ha dado lugar a que la profesionalización del futbol no se desarrolle ampliamente, por ello el tipo de estudio es básica, para ampliar los conocimientos teóricos , de esta forma caracterizar las falencias ante la evolución normativa vigente y las necesidades para futuras, utilizando el método inductivo por medio del análisis jurisprudencial.
Abstract
This research aims to analyze the evolution of sports law in Colombia, focusing specifically on football, in order to understand the changes, challenges and trends in the legal regulation of this sports discipline in the country, since this concept is little talked about and sometimes tends to be confused with the right to sport, which due to ignorance has led to the professionalization of football not being widely developed, therefore this type of study is basic, to expand theoretical knowledge, in this way characterize the shortcomings in the face of the current regulatory evolution and the needs for future ones, using the inductive method through jurisprudential analysis.
