Abstract

The demobilization process created by the national government, a plan that has been well received and supported by the country's military forces, such as the They are the national army, national navy, Colombian air force, general directorate of the national police, secretary of the ministry of defense national, also has the support of political affairs with themes in the same way with the group of humanitarian attention to the demobilized, the Ministry of the Interior and many organizations and institutions of the national government that seek equity, peace and other positive values ​​for the country. This plan for the demobilization and reintegration into civilian life of the members of illegal armed organizations. Has as purpose main offer to the members of these organizations an alternative feasible , flexible and fast for each one of them restart their life , having the opportunity to recover his family nucleus and thus leave the secrecy and belonging to these groups that commit crimes in different parts of the country. Similarly, this aims to reduce the number of members of these illegal groups and thus dismember their structures, organizations, morally affecting and accessing information that allows to avoid terrorist acts, kidnapped, also allows to find caches of weapons, communication equipment, money and other implements that are part of the illicit activity that these groups outside the law perform.

Within the members of the public force that are part of this project is the national army, which provides valuable assistance through 5 of their media, such as radio and television, where the army invites these people outside the law to demobilize massively, in order to achieve the objectives of this project. In this case, the national army, the station of this institution carries out a program of great welcome, since it counts on the invitation on the part of the army and the people who were part of these groups, counting their history and each one of the experiences, punishments that they had to face join illegal groups. With this institutional program, not only the army but also the government national and the people who are part of the program in the realization and dissemination what they are looking for is that all these women and men surrender, in this way, with the passage of time, to ensure that they reintegrate into the life of the country and contributes to the development of the program.
